I’m currently working in the University Center Marketing Office (with Gwen) and am excited to graduate with a Business Administration degree in May. I grew up in Absarokee, MT and have always had very, very bad eating habits. Every night we would have delicious, carb-loaded homemade meals. During the day, we would snack on Oreos, chips and soda.
My weight has been a problem for me since I was in 7th grade, even though I was only “chubby.” Because of this, confidence has never been a strong suit of mine.
I’ve been wanting to make a huge change in my eating and exercise habits for a while now and I believe this blog could be just the push I needed!
Why do I want to lose weight?
I’m currently at my heaviest and I’m not happy with how I look naked or in certain clothing. I want to be positive about my body!
What do I hope to gain?
I hope to gain the ability to curb my cravings and to get into the habit of working out regularly.
I’m looking forward to getting a bangin’ body! 😉
